Suds Laundromat ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our laundromat locations in Surprise and Phoenix, Arizona, or use our website.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Contact Information: Name, phone number, and email address when you use our wash and fold service or contact us with inquiries.
• Service Preferences: Laundry preferences, special instructions, and service history for wash and fold customers.
• Payment Information: When using our Laundroworks card system, transaction history may be stored securely by our payment processor.
• Commercial Quote Requests: When you submit the commercial quote form, we receive your business name, type of business, business address (if you give one), your name, phone number, email address, the items you want cleaned, and, if you provide them, your estimated volume, how often you need service, and any message you write.
• Review Board Feedback: If you scan a review board in one of our stores and choose to send private feedback instead of a public review, we receive the store you selected, your message, and your name and phone number or email address if you choose to give them.
• Order and Customer Records: Our point-of-sale system sends order and customer records (which can include names and contact details) to systems we control, such as this website's servers, for our business records and to measure our marketing. They are kept in a private storage area that is not open to the public, with our cloud storage provider (Vercel), and we keep a second copy on a separate server we control.
• Advertising Click Information: If you reach our website from a link on Google, Facebook or Instagram (including our ads), the web address can carry a click identifier (a random code from Google or Meta, such as gclid or fbclid). We save that code in your browser so we can tell which ad led to your quote request, and, for Meta, to your call or directions tap. If you send a commercial quote request, the saved codes are sent along with it and appear in the quote email we receive, so we can connect the request to the ad.
• Website Usage: We use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how visitors use our website, including pages viewed, links and phone numbers tapped, and general location data. The tools are named under Cookies and Tracking below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our laundry services
• Process your wash and fold orders
• Respond to your questions and customer service requests
• Send service-related notifications (e.g., when your laundry is ready)
• Improve our website and customer experience
• Measure and improve our advertising
• Comply with legal obligations

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who help us run our business (such as payment processors), and as described below.

• Commercial quote requests and review board feedback are sent by email, through our email delivery provider Resend, to the owner of Suds Laundromat and to the person who maintains this website.
• Commercial quote requests may be shared with Suds Laundry, our pickup-and-delivery business, to fulfil the request.
• If our email delivery provider is unavailable when you submit a form, your submission, including any saved click identifiers, may be recorded in our website hosting provider's (Vercel) server logs so that we can still follow up with you.
• Order and customer records from our point-of-sale system are received by systems we control, such as this website's servers, kept in private storage with our cloud storage provider (Vercel), and copied to a separate server we control.
• To measure our advertising, we share hashed (scrambled) phone numbers and email addresses from order records, together with the order value, with Google. Google uses them to match orders to ads, which lets our Google Ads account count drop-off orders as results of our advertising.
• To measure our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), our website server can send Meta a record of some actions you take on our website: tapping a phone number, tapping a directions link, or sending a commercial quote request. Each record contains the type of action and which of our stores it was for, the web address of the page (which can include ad click identifiers from Google or Meta), your IP address, your browser type, and your Meta identifiers: the Meta cookie values described under Cookies and Tracking, or, if those are missing, a value built from a saved Meta click identifier. For a commercial quote request, it also contains your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form. Meta uses this to match the action to an ad and to measure our advertising. This sharing only happens on our live website, and only while we have it switched on.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and feedback emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business. Order and customer records received from our point-of-sale system are kept in private storage with our cloud storage provider, and in a second copy on a separate server we control, until we delete them. Requests to delete your information apply to all copies we hold (see Your Rights).

We stop using saved ad click identifiers after 90 days and delete them on your next visit, or sooner if you clear your browser storage. Information we send to Google or Meta is kept under their own privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

On our website we use:

• Google Analytics 4, to measure how visitors use our pages.
• Google Ads tags, to see which of our ads lead to visits and calls. These tags also let Google build advertising audiences from visitors to our website (remarketing).
• The Meta Pixel, to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms. The Pixel records your visits, and it also records when you tap a phone number or a directions link or send a commercial quote request. The Pixel sets Meta cookies in your browser (called _fbp and _fbc), and we read those cookie values to include them in the Meta records described under Information Sharing.
• Vercel Speed Insights, to measure how quickly our pages load.

We also use your browser's local storage, under the name suds_click_ids, to keep the ad click identifiers described under Information We Collect for up to 90 days. This is stored only in your browser. We only save it when the web address you arrive at carries one of these identifiers.

To remove this data from your browser, clear cookies and site data for sudslaundryaz.com in your browser settings, which deletes the Meta cookies and the saved click identifiers. You can also block cookies and local storage, use your browser's private mode, or use a content or ad blocker. Blocking the Pixel in your browser does not stop the records our website server sends to Meta, and those records still include your IP address and browser type even without cookies. We cannot switch these records off for one visitor. If you do not want them sent, call or visit us directly instead of tapping phone numbers or directions links or sending the quote form on our website. You can also manage ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts.

• Opt out of marketing communications

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
